Qua thông tin này mong các kênh truyền thông trong và ngoài nước lên án trước hành động của kẻ bạo quyền đang hành hạ Đỗ Thị Minh Hạnh trong nhà tù.
About one week ago, Miss Do Thi Minh Hanh, a famous Vietnamese prisoner of conscience, was moved from Z30D prison in Binh Thuan to Z30A (camp # 5) in Long Khanh district, Dong Nai province.
Information from relatives who visited other prisoners and from prisoners who were released after serving their sentence, revealed Hanh’s situation was critically alarming. Hanh was ill but the prison officers still forced her to work in the labour field. They accused Hanh tried to avoid the prison’s Labour Regulation by pretending to be sick. They have insisted that Hanh must plead guilty before they would allow her staying in the cell instead of doing hard work in the labour field.
Hanh firmly rejected the idea of pleading guilty. Therefore prison officers incited other female criminal prisoners to beat Hanh by making the whole group believe that they were penalized by sitting in the sun due to Hanh’s actions.
Since being moved to Long Khanh prison, Hanh has been beaten twice. This is a disgusting revenge by the Vietnamese Communist Authorities upon prisoners of conscience.
With this information, would the media inside Vietnam and abroad condemn the brutal actions of the dictatorial Vietnamese Government who is torturing Hanh in jail?
